We are Mae LaBella and Joan Malone, the math coaches for the Taos Municipal Schools this year.  Our goal is  to help you be more successful in all of your math learning! 

The new school year has just started and we want all of you to know exactly what you will be studying this year and help you find ways to kick your learning into high gear.

Our basic math program for kindergarten through fifth grade is called MATH EXPRESSIONS.  

• You will learn about how to think about solving math problems in lots of different ways.  In this blog we will help explain some of the cool problem solving methods that maybe even your parents haven't seen before!
